Use of the App
Puztap is for personal, non-commercial use only. Users must not exploit bugs, reverse-engineer, or modify the app in any way. Any unauthorized use may result in account suspension or termination.
User Accounts
Puztap requires users to log in via Google or Apple accounts to access certain features. By logging in, you agree to comply with the respective terms of Google or Apple services.You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Puztap is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account. If you suspect any suspicious activity, please contact us immediately
PuzGems and Virtual Rewards
Puztap offers virtual rewards, known as PuzGems, which players can earn by completing puzzles and achieving milestones in the game. PuzGems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other goods. They are intended solely for in-game use to enhance your gaming experience.
Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content
Puztap features AI-generated images and also allows users to upload their own images to create personalised puzzles. While we retain rights over the app’s design, game mechanics, and AI-generated content, users retain ownership of any images they upload. However, by uploading images, you grant Puztap a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify these images within the app.Users must ensure they have the rights to any images they upload and that their content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
Limitation of Liability
Puztap is provided ‘as is‘ without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
Changes to Terms
Puztap reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
